On the 22nd May, Edinburgh University Women's Association Football Club has challenged its members to complete 4 Miles Every 4 Hours For 24 Hours in aid of the fantastic charity Health in Mind. And as if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, I’ve roped Laura McGregor into doing all 28 miles 3-legged with me!

We are raising money for “Health in Mind” - a small Scottish charity that looks to support individuals suffering from mental health related problems. They provide a wide range of services and courses to support people and enable them to make a positive difference in their lives.

This year has brought many unprecedented challenges into the world and placed a massive strain on people’s mental health. As a club we have recognised this and wanted to create an event that was going to challenge us both physically and mentally (especially having to listen to my mum the entire time), whilst also supporting a very worthwhile charity.
