A few members of my brilliant house-keeping team have set themselves the challenge of pushing their housekeeping trolleys for 5km along Blackpool's windy promenade on 9th December.

They will be in fancy dress as Maids, either dressed as Hilda Odgen or other famous cleaners, respecting social distance rules of course.

We have decided to arrange this event to support a wonderful children's charity 'Molly Olly's Wishes' but also to involve and entertain my team of hard working bedroom assistants, some of whom have found lockdown very difficult. 

This Trolley Push is just a bit of fun but the money raised will create special wishes for children with terminal or life threatening illnesses.
