Story

Land’s End to John O’Groats Charity Bike Ride - www.moneyspinners.org

Friday September 25th to Sunday October 4th 2009

In 2009, born again peleton Keith Carby came up with the idea of inviting a group of like-minded executives from the financial services industry to take part in one of life’s great challenges - to cycle the length of Great Britain and to raise money for worthy causes. Visit www.moneyspinners.org

His goal will be achieved in early October, when around 20-30 industry leaders, under the ‘Moneyspinners’ banner, will complete a 10-day ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

All team sponsorship raised through Moneyspinners will go towards the 2009 nominated charity – Naomi House Children’s Hospice, providing respite care, terminal care and bereavement support for children and families from across the south of England.

They provide care and support through good days, difficult days and last days to children, young people and their families from the counties of Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - Moneyspinners raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now. The riders and team behind Moneyspinners and Naomi House Children’s Hospice appreciate every penny donated.
