Please help me support the NHS doctors, nurses and everyone else who makes going to hospital a little better and saves lives. 

It is disheartening how some corporations have made money over the last 18 months, while frontline workers have had very little compensation for their efforts. 

Walking has been a way to stop the mind from worrying about things I cant control and put things into perspective. Health, family and giving back.
