So I have decided to enter myself to complete the Ivybridge 10k run In May , as most of you know my fitness levels are pretty non existent , I have never ran any distance , set foot in a gym or done any form of exercise ( whoops) So this is going to be a huge achievement for me... 

I have chosen to run for Muscular Dystrophy UK as I'm sure most of you are aware that back in July 2018 our little boy Walter was diagnosed with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy , so as I'm sure you can imagine this is very close to my heart. 

Muscular Dystrophy a group of muscle diseases that results in increasing weakening and breakdown of skeletal muscles over time. The disorders differ in which muscles are primarily affected, the degree of weakness, how fast they worsen, and when symptoms begin. Many people will eventually become unable to walk. Some types are also associated with problems in other organs. 

There is currently no cure for Muscular Dystrophy..
