Outrun an Ambulance · 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2030 · Start fundraising for this event

A virtual challenge to 'outrun' the mileage covered by an ambulance on a 12 hour shift.

Story

Our ambulance staff and volunteers really go the extra mile to keep us all safe.  Please support team Montel's efforts in raising money for them by taking part in the 'Outrun an Ambulance' challenge.  Our team of 5 will walk, run, swim or cycle 95 miles (the distance the team at  Staverton Ambulance Station drive in a day) between the 15th and 29th of August.

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) provides emergency and urgent care across 10,000 square miles, serving over 5.5 million residents and over 20 million visitors each year.  SWASFT crews deal with around 2,500 incidents a day across the South West.

Your donations will be used to provide enhanced facilities and well-being support for crew and personnel operating from Ambulance Stations in Gloucestershire.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
