On the 13th October 2019, our beautiful Mum & Grandmother - Linda, passed away peacefully in St Catherine‘s Hospice after a short illness. She was cared for by the wonderful Doctors and Nurses for a week - with her family by her side every moment of each day and night. St Catherine’s enabled us, as a family, to spend precious time together - to laugh as well as cry and to ensure Linda’s last moments were as special as can be. Small gestures - her hair being washed and dried, her hands being moisturised and massaged, her favourite music being played and fresh flowers every few days - meant so much.
