Over the Bournemouth Marathon Festival weekend (October 5-6 2019), Moorlands College staff and students are running as many km as we can to raise money for Exodus. Our current target is 263km, but we're hoping to persuade a few more to join us and up this total!

Exodus is a student-led group that raises awareness of modern-day slavery and raises money for organisations that are working to bring freedom and support to victims of human trafficking. 70% of the money we raise will be given to the anti-trafficking charities that Exodus supports, which include Stop the Traffik and Hope for Justice, alongside a more local project that provides safe houses for those rescued from human trafficking.

We are also raising money for some new equipment for the College's gym, and 30% of what we raise will go towards this.
