Sleep Easy is a great opportunity for people to come together to raise awareness of homelessness and funds to support YMCA Essexs work with vulnerable young people.Participants brave the cold, sleep in a cardboard shelter for one night and get sponsored for their efforts.

Moose Mail is a not for profit distribution which proudly supports mental health and donates profits every year to charitable organisations.

Moose Mail has worked alongside a homeless charity for the past two years offering distribution opportunities to some of their clients, which we hope to continue in 2020.

I am taking part in the sleep easy 2020 firstly to raise awareness of homelessness and to gain a better understanding of how it feels it sleep on the streets.
