Story
This group is made up of various family and friends of our boy Jamie. Jamie was diagnosed with triplegic cerebral palsy when he was nearly one. In his 4 years so far he’s faced various challenges and he has taught us so many things, including adapting and true determination.
We discovered the fantastic community that the charity Charlie House has created and have been so lucky to have many opportunities because of them. The activities they provide break down the barriers that Jamie ordinarily faces with his mobility. They have enabled us to do things as a family that we would have never considered.
It has been great to meet other families that also experience a constant stream of appointments, equipment and battles advocating for their child’s needs to be met. We are so grateful for Charlie House and would love to raise some money in appreciation. If you want to read more about the wonderful work Charlie House do then visit: www.charliehouse.org.uk
