after finally recovering from the latest set of injuries, I've got the all clear to get active again. !!! time for the next fundraising challenge !!!

I'm going to be trying to circumnavigate Plymouth sound by running and swimming :)

this time im fundraising for a super friendly group of super humans based in Bristol called legs4africa who are doing amazing work dismantling old prosthetics and upcycling them to people who need them in countries all over Africa !! giving people the ability to walk again and enrich their lives.
