On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children who have suffered from domestic abuse. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Jason and Kath will each be doing 2000 Squats in November. For Kath it’s a physical challenge since recovering from Long Covid and for Jason it’ll barely register. He’s already raised his squats to 100 a day!
