Hospices around the UK are currently helping around 200,000 patients with life-limiting conditions every year, as well as providing informal support to thousands of their families and friends. Despite this, there are around 118,000 people with terminal conditions who still can't access the care they need and deserve. With more people living for longer with these complex conditions these days, the need for hospice care is only set to increase.

Hospice UK is on a mission to improve access to and the quality of hospice care for every person in need. By supporting hospices financially to help them reach more people, working with government to secure a better deal for all in accessing high quality end of life care, and providing training opportunities for hospice staff to ensure they continue to provide excellent hospice care, Hospice UK is improving hospice care now and for the future.

This weekend I'll be cycling 100 miles from London to Surrey and back to raise money for Hospice UK, to help contribute to this vital work. Please help me reach my goal by donating whatever you can!
