<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>mountains4money</strong></span> is a fundraising challenge on behalf of <strong><a href="http://www.mrdf.org.uk"><span style="color: #0000ff;">The Methodist Relief & Development Fund</span></a></strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">.</span></p>
<p>In 2011, I planned to raise £60,000 (at 60) by climbing 'The Wainwrights' - all 214 summits documented in Alfred Wainwright's famous Pictorial Guides to the Lakeland Fells. I am pleased to say that I <strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">completed this challenge </span></strong>on 22 September after 84 days on the fells, but the fundraising goes on.</p>
