In February 2022 my Mum passed away fighting this horrific disease Dementia. It wasn’t until my Mum was diagnosed and we as a family did some research and understood the full extent of how this was already affecting so many lives (families). It became more obvious to us how widespread dementia is and the suffering it causes. 

I want to try and make a difference and if I can change one persons life through raising money for Alzheimer’s Society then climbing Mount Kilimanjaro will make it all worthwhile. 

All funds will be donated to Alzheimer’s Society who are transforming the landscape of dementia.
