Isabella has Spastic Diplegia - a form of Cerebral Palsy. She needs life-changing SDR surgery to be able to walk.

Story

We are going to be climbing Mount Snowdon on Saturday 26th May 2018. We are kindly asking for sponsors which will be donated to Just4Children in aid of Isabella's Wish To Walk.

Isabella's Step-Nanny Tina has Muscular Dystrophy and is a part of our group. Muscular Dystrophy is a condition where the muscles in the body become weaker overtime. She will be doing the climb on a Mountain Trike as she can only walk a very short distance with an aid. The final part of the climb has steps so this is a huge challenge for her.

Our mission is to help Tina get to the top of the mountain. If we manage to do this then this will be an incredible achievement! We're uncertain of how many people have managed to climb a mountain with Muscular Dystrophy but we know that there aren't many!

As part of the challenge, we will be split into two groups and racing to the peak. The ladies will be taking the Llanberis path which has a steady gradient but slightly further to walk. This is to make it possible for Tina to reach the summit. The men will be tackling the hardest, most steep path known as the Watkin path. Who do you think will get there first? When making a sponsor, please comment with #teamblue or #teampink.

We are not professionals and have never done anything like this before. Please show your support for Tina, the team and little Isabella by sponsoring us on the climb. We need to raise as much as we can by the 26th May.

Thank you x
