Hey it's Sophie and Marcus,

Together we are taking on the challenge of climbing up Snowdonia to help raise funds for Alzheimer's Society. To try make a difference to the lives if those who suffer from this tragic disease.

We decided to support this amazing charity as we have both lost grandparents who had Alzheimer's/ Dementia so this is an issue that is close to both of our hearts.

For those of you who are familiar with this disease are well aware of how it can effect those suffering from Alzheimer's/Dementia and those loved ones around them.

We hope that you can join us in our Journey to help reach our goal to support such a great charity
