Methven Uk is part of the GWA Group, based in Australia. We've all seen the news of the horrendous bushfires currently rampaging through this beautiful country.

Our Australian colleagues have been volunteering their time with the fire service, seeing their friends and family being evacuated, having the fires approach their homes, or simply experiencing the heartache at the devastation that has occurred.

We are humbled by reports of their courage and resilience, and too far away to offer any practical assistance. So, Methven UK are raising funds to help keep people and animals safe and to rebuild when the worst has passed. 

The 53-strong Methven UK team is aiming to walk, run and cycle, over three weeks starting 20th January, the 10,569 miles between our Golborne UK Experience Centre and our Caroma-on-Collins showroom in Sydney. So we can - symbolically at least - be with them by 9th February.

We hope to raise just 10p for each mile, and would be grateful for any donations and sponsorship, which GWA will match.
