This November, join us in promoting positive mental health by growing a moustache and/or undertaking a physical challenge. These are done to show our support to people struggling with their mental health as well as trying to improve our own mental states as well. Have a laugh with your family and friends about the 'tache you're growing or the physical journey you're taking and focus on your physical and mental wellbeing. Together, as a company, we can challenge the feeling of loneliness and anxiety in these difficult times. 

Prostate cancer represents 22% of all cancers suffered by men annually. In order to directly combat this, we have decided to use movember to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society, in conjunction with them being our chosen charity of the year. They are the largest fighters of cancer in our country and hopefully our contributions (and awareness) can help in reducing the amount of men we lose every year.
