MY STORY

I believe we can find ways to move for things with intent. Things that are greater than our local scope. When we move with intent, I feel there is a huge ripple effect to the wide community and those who could benefit from the energetic output and awareness. 

Lewis Moody and Annie Moody, created and work so hard with their foundation, to support the amazing work completed by The Brain Tumour Charity (see below). To witness their work and to be able to support it, is absolutely incredible. They are working to increase research and therefore find early diagnosis of brain tumours, one day prevent them and ultimately SAVE LIVES. 

No matter how confusing, strange or different our day to day lives are at the moment, there are families, individuals and communities that are still working through some serious battles and our little support can go a long way.
