We're Norfolk and Waveney Mind, your local mental health charity. We work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, support people in their recovery and champion better services for all.

Story

This year in memory of Ben, we would like to get as many people together to walk a short distance to raise as much money as we can to the fantastic charity; Norfolk and Waveney Mind.

Move your bum for Ben Plumb will be taking place on 6th November, starting at Bungay Buttercross at approx 11am. We are still working out the finer details, but plan to have two routes; a route of around 10+ miles and a shorter walk of around 4 miles. For everyone joining us on the day, we will ask for a donation and there will also be T-shirts available for those that wish to purchase them (cost tbc).

If you aren't able to join us in Bungay on the 6th November, fear not! Wherever in the world you may be, whether you are able to walk 1 mile or 10, we would love you all to get involved. Please let me know your plans and on the day, how far you have walked, so we can total up our miles at the end and celebrate our achievement!

We have chosen Norfolk and Waveney Mind charity, not only for the incredible work they do to support those struggling with mental health, but also for how hard they work to help reduce the stigma around mental health and the help they have given us personally as a family since losing Ben. Any donations, no matter how big or small will be gratefully received, please share this link far and wide to help us show our appreciation!
