The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, 25 miles and 10,400ft of ascent and descent in less than 12 hours should be a simple one given my background......

.......and granted it is only 3 small hills in yorkshire, not even the proper National 3 peaks challenge

BUT as most of you who know me now will realise, those days were a long time ago.......these days a walk upstairs from the canteen at work is often too much and i end up taking the lift!
