In 2016 we launched a new sweet pea in aid of the charity Greenfingers. Greenfingers Charity is a national charity dedicated to creating magical gardens for children, and their families who spend time in hospices around the UK. The charity is committed to creating specially designed, stimulating garden spaces that can bring many benefits to children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions.
If you'd like to purchase our special Greenfingers sweet peas and donate 25p to Greenfingers Charity with each packet, you can buy them here: http://www.mr-fothergills.co.uk/Flower-Seed/Sweet-Pea-Seed/Sweet-Pea-Greenfingers-Seeds.html
In 2017 we raised over £3,000 for the charity taking part in their 20 mile Garden Re-Leaf walk: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mr-fothergills
In 2018, we will once again undertake the 20-mile Greenfingers Garden Re-Leaf Day sponsored walk on Friday, 16 March. Five of us are walking and two will be completing a 100-mile bike challenge on the same day! The walk and ride in 2018 will start and finish from World’s End Garden Centre, Wendover.
The Mr Fothergill's line up for 2018 will be Ian Cross, Tim Jeffries, Richard Keegan, Alison Mulvaney, Chris Owen, Jeremy Sharp and Matt Jackson. If you feel able to donate we’d be grateful and please go online on this Just Giving page. Please help us to raise even more this year by donating now!
