Story

After our son died last year, I thought to myself that I would try be healthier and fitter.

So I started running…

In reality I have found that running has become a good thing for my mental health, more than physical health.

So whilst 28 miles is maybe not a lot for some, this is for what it represents and for who got me into it x

Will you join us and commit to the challenge of running 28 miles in February? Sands want to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of time. We want to campaign for change and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the pain of losing a baby.Whether you run, walk, dance or climb, be part of the team taking on #MilesForSands.
