I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year and as anybody that knows me, knows my body ain't designed or a fan of exercise!! We all have been affected in one way or another by this vile disease and many of us know and love people who have been taken way too early. Even if you can spare £1, surely it's gotta be worth it to see me do 5K!!
