Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Mills Selig Christmas Choir is back for 2020 and is delighted to be fundraising on behalf of PIPS Charity

The choir was founded in 2019 when staff from across the team at Mills Selig entertained commuters with Christmas Carols at Lanyon Place Station.

This year, with social distancing in mind the performers took to Zoom to reach a wider audience and raise much needed funds for our chosen charity PIPS.

PIPS Charity delivers Suicide Prevention and Bereavement Support Services, Counselling and Therapies across Belfast and throughout Northern Ireland.

The organisation’s origins are linked to the unfortunate tragedy of 14 young people taking their own lives over a short period of time and the coming together of a range of stakeholders compelled to try to address the issue.

The organisation began, and very much remains, a community led organization with a strong grass roots led ethos to suicide prevention and self-harm.
