This year , Gary , Simon , Matt & Henk will be taking on a Welsh coast 2 coast in aid of Welsh air ambulance. As mountain bikers we know the importance of this service not just to our sport but to the general public.
Whilst we have never needed to use this service ourselves (touch wood) it's good to know it's there if anything ever happened and charitable donations make that possible.
Following on from last years trip we will be taking a harder route and this time over 5 days. 260 miles of Wales' best mountain biking taking us from Conwy quay to Cardiff bay.
We will be tacking the Marin trail, penmachno, coed y Brenin, dyfi, nant y Arian, bike park Wales as well as a whole host of other natural routes.
All donations are appreciated however small. It all helps!

Wales Air Ambulance Charity is funded by the people of Wales and requires £6.5 million a year to keep its four helicopters in the sky, serving Wales and saving lives. The charity can be anywhere in Wales within 20 minutes, its doctors and medics fly the A&E deptartment to the patient.
It also runs the Children's Wales Air Ambulance service, transferring vulnerable babies and children to the specialist hospitals across the UK.
Your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales.
