Tough Mudder · 26 September 2015

We provide free and confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health. We work with people on their own goals, whether that’s staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. (formerly known as Addaction)

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Ten of us have decided to do Tough Mudder as a team building challenge and to raise money. It is not a race, but a test of inner strength and a team effort: if someone is flagging, everyone else will encourage and cheer them on. We will run , walk or crawl 12 miles through mud...over and under different obstacles - https://toughmudder.co.uk/obstacles.

So come on, please sponsor big or small, every pound counts and will help us to continue the good work we do in Bournemouth:-
