Ten of us have decided to do Tough Mudder as a team building challenge and to raise money. It is not a race, but a test of inner strength and a team effort: if someone is flagging, everyone else will encourage and cheer them on. The Amy Winehouse Foundation, in partnership with Addaction, delivers the Resilience Programme to teachers, students and their parents in secondary schools. This is a preventative, educational programme about the underlying issues of substance misuse. |
