Some of the John F Hunt Ladies are going to run/walk/squelch their way through the Pretty Muddy Run at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK.

The  Pretty Muddy Run is a 5k Mud filled Obstacle Course where if you don't strap your trainers to your feet with duct tape - they will never be seen again. Please help us in our muddy fight to beat Cancer and sponsor us as much as you are able.
