Normally, we'd participate in Battersea's Muddy Dog Challenge in Windsor, but this year went all sorts of crazy and the run was cancelled.

So instead, we'll splash around on muddy trails of Hampstead Heath on our own, trying to make 12km (or so) perimeter from West Hampstead all the way to Highgate and circling back in under two hours (let's hope neither of us get distracted with the ball or a pint or... look, a squirrel!)

The promise is: both Teddy and Teddy's hoomins will run more than walk; both will make the best attempt to get extra muddy; photoproof will be provided; all proceeds go directly to Battersea.
