Thanks for taking a look. Basically I found out last night that I'm doing the London Run which is 10k through central London.

As I found out a little late I didn't have time to train or to do this earlier but I'd really appreciate if you could sponsor me a bit. If your wondering I did it in just under an hour and yeah my legs hurt like hell. Fun though =D

The charity I'm raising for is the International Association for Human Values. You can check out their website here: http://www.iahv.org.uk/iahv_org_uk/index.html They're volunteer run so admin costs are low and they have a whole load of different projects across the world.
