On Wed 1st Feb our Cancer Research Charity box was stolen from Munchies Sandwich Bar in Nottingham. This was placed on Face Book and the culprits were identified along with many requests to raise or donate money to replace the funds lost.

We have decided to create a Just Giving page to replace the funds that were stolen and hopefully more. We would ask for the culprits to bring the box back, but don't think that will happen!  As we have had a fantastic response towards Cancer Research I thought it would be a great opportunity to raise further funds for the charity. We are hoping for you all to share this link as you have done previously and hopefully be able to donate a little to raise some money to replace what has being stolen.

This is not just about the money that was stolen, it's about the people who have donated for their own personal reasons. Some have gone through heartbreak from losing some one they love with cancer or being diagnosed themselves and some have experienced the joy of being cleared of it. The money in the box was there to help towards further research and hopefully reduce the heartache and bring more joy by finding cures for the many different types of cancer.
