Watching your bestie face cancer so young is terrifying, and brings home that it doesn’t discriminate. Most of us will either have to face it directly or watch a loved one go through it in our lives, but Macmillan makes sure that nobody has to go through it alone.

I’m so grateful to all the wonderful nurses that held Munira’s hand and helped her get through each day.
