The Major Muppets are doing 7 mud runs (3 in March, 1 in June, and 3 in September) for Mind mental health and Breast Cancer UK.

All of us could suffer mental health problems at some point in our lives. Nothing dictates when this could strike, and no-one prepares you for how it can affect your everyday life and perhaps others around you. 

I have observed first-hand how someone with mental problems need support, the appropriate medicine in order to keep actions / thoughts in check, and above all, TLC from those people around them.

Mind UK can help those who may experience several mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, stress, post natal depression, panic attacks, or just general anger. In fact, Mind's breadth of problems that they're fighting goes on and on.
