MURPH vs Goggins 😳 What have we done?!
Our next challenge is a cross between David Goggins 4x4x48 and the MURPH workout.
We will be attempting to do a MURPH workout every 4 hours for 48 hours. If you don't know that's
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 press ups
300 squats
1 mile run
In a 10kg vest.
We start Friday 4am and continue to do it every 4 hours. Totalling 12 times over 2 days!! With little to no sleep.

Also at the same time that we are conducting the challenge there will be another challenge going on simultaneously. local gym member and Royal Marine Hewey will be conducting the BOB GRAHAM ROUND.
This comprises 66 miles climbing over 8.200m and hitting 42 of the lake districts highest peaks all aimed at being completed within the 24 hour time cap.
