Paul Mitchell was my brother in law, who died of a brain tumour nine  years ago. I do not have any brothers of my own and Paul became like a brother to me. Watching him die is something I will never forget.

So I am running a half marathon to honour his memory and to raise funding to help other families in similar situations to mine.
