For the first time I'm taking part in the Aberdovey Bike ride on 21st June, a 104 mile charity ride from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey in Gwynedd. I've never ridden more than 50 miles, so it's going to be quite a challenge!. I'm raising money for Kingswood Trust, based near Albrighton, which provides facilities for children to discover nature and learn in an outdoor natural environment
