Musical Moments is a Social Enterprise that delivers interactive music-based sessions to older people living in care homes, especially those who are living with dementia, as well as charities, community groups and organisations. We are a team of 17 from all over the UK, so we have one month to each either run/swim/cycle or walk our own chosen distances, from 5K to 26 miles! Every year the team fundraise for a different dementia-related charity, however this year we are contributing to two charities! Our race sign up is through 'Distance Against Dementia' where we'll be donating a set amount to the charity 'Dementia Revolution'.

We are then asking for you to donate to our other charity for our challenge - as a collective team, we'll be traveling almost 300 miles! So we need your donations to help cheer us along! A charity that is personal to us is the PTEN Foundation, this is because our team member Mel Levy recently discovered that she is living with this condition. It is extremely rare and as a team we wanted to help raise awareness of this brilliant charity and support our colleague.
