Memory Walk
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

Hi all,
As you are probably all aware we have been visiting Home Meadow care home for the last few years. During that time we have met some truly wonderful people suffering from this cruel disease.
On August 2nd we have organised a "Toddle for Dementia" in Toft, with the children we care for, hopefully we will be joined by our friends and fellow childminders too! We will also be joined by the carers and residents of Home Meadow.
And on sept 24th we will both take part in a 6km memory walk for dementia in peterborough.
Any donations to show your support, and help in the fight against Dementia, would be gratefully received. Thanks so much!!!!!
