Yvonne was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in 2014 and it has been a very difficult diagnosis to come to terms with but Yvonne is, and always will be, very positive, and determined to live every single day to the fullest - Yvonne may have dementia, but dementia hasn't got her yet!
