Memory Walk
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

I am walking this memory walk for my Grandad Albert  who suffers everyday with this Illness! Alzheimer's takes away the people you love not in body but mind and he no longer knows who is family are around him!  This breaks mine and my family hearts everyday but I hold on to the memories of him when I was little which makes things a little easier. All I want is for a world without dementia where other families don't have to see their loved ones suffer from this! My grandad is a great man and I am walking this for him and my nanna who cares for him everyday so please give generously so we can get one step closer to finding a cure!
