My beautiful mam was hit with the most cruel disease Alzheimer’s at the age of just 53 and was diagnosed at 55, my mam little jean was the most caring , thoughtful, honest classy lady you could ever meet. If you have lived , cared or just spent time with anyone with Alzheimer’s you will all know the pain, hurt and sadness that follows. My beautiful mam sadly passed away on Saturday 19th May 2018 at the age of 63 this cruel illness took its toll, the fight became too much and she gained her wings with the angels.
