My grandma is my world. 

When she got diagnosed with Dementia my world changed. 

At the start of the year my grandma was diagnosed with dementia, these past few months have been the hardest for all of us because grandma’s deterioration has been quite rapid. It’s beyond hard to see someone you love struggle so much and not being able to help them. She has always been a independent women and to see her loose a lot of her independence is hard for her. 

She is huge inspiration to me because of how strong she has been throughout everything she has had to face. I LOVE MY GRANDma more then anything and I want to do this Memory walk to help raise money to support the research to STOP Dementia.
