My Grandad was diagnosed with Alzheimer and then later passed away 😞 He was a lovely Grandad and loved his Fishing 🎣 I want to fundraise and take part in the Memory walk to help people like grandad to get the care they need and to find cures. ❤️My Great Uncle Mark has dementia and is getting the care he needs 💗
