This year thousands of people will walk united, against dementia. With your help, we aim to raise as much money as possible to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

I've decided to do the walk for my lovely Mum who was diagnosed with Alzheimers a few years ago. I am also a care worker so see this disease in so many others.
