Memory Walk 2021
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year thousands of people will walk united, against dementia. With your help, we aim to raise as much money as possible to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

I have seen first hand how this cruel disease can slowly take hold, not only through my work as an Activities Coordinator at Broomcroft House Care Home, but also with my wonderful Mum. We can all do our best to offer support and assistance on a daily basis but more research needs to be done so that less people have to go through this heartache. It doesn’t just affect the person with the diagnosis, but all of the people around them. Please help me to make a difference!

Every three minutes someone in the UK develops dementia. That's the equivalent of around 225,000 people every year. By taking part in Memory Walk you are helping us walk for a dementia free future and help people affected by dementia.Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to Alzheimer's Society. So it's the most efficient way to raise money, saving time and cutting costs for the charity. Let's take on dementia together!

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
