Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I will be taking part in the Ironman UK Triathlon 2011 on 31st July 2011 raising money for Peel's official charity, SPARKS.

SPARKS is a unique children's charity funding medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure of ALL conditions and illnesses affecting children, babies and expectant mothers.  Support from the Peel Group will fund the SPARKS pre-eclampsia project based at St Mary's Hospital and The Hope Hospital Manchester and all money raised will be going directly to research aiming to find a single state of the art test for the prediction of pre-eclampsia.  Your support will be helping this research come to fruition potentially saving the lives of hundreds of babies each year in the UK.
