Farecare Stroud are supporting the Alzheimer's society and joining in the memory walk on 19th September 2021, We will be walking 6 Miles in and around Stroud,  We are a small team who support individuals to be able to remain at home, Dementia is something we all hold close to our hearts and we all have had personal experiences in how this disease effects peoples lives,
