Story

Welcome everyone to the ABI’s events and membership fundraising page,

That’s right – the team is swapping extra sides for exercise this week as we raise money for Haven House by completing the 2.6 challenge!

The 2.6 challenge can be any activity based on the numbers 2.6 or 26 that suits your skills, maybe baking 26 loaves of bread, running 26 miles or exercising with 26 friends!

Our team will be aiming to complete 26.26 miles of physical activities this week by running, walking and dancing our way to our goal!

We have an incredible team, including an amazing brand-new mum and a 36-week pregnant superstar.

Haven House is an essential charity who support hundreds of families, looking after children and young people, from birth, who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect with the cancellation of thousands of events and the loss of billions in income through fundraising events.

Right now, support is more vital than ever for them to continue to care for children and their families and their future is uncertain.

With such generous friends and colleagues, we have already surpassed our target so we have increased this to £1,040 (4x our original target of £260) to really help make a difference and to motivate our team.

Please give what you can to support this worthy charity.

We will be providing updates, videos and photos of our team as we sweat towards our goal!

Thank you!

Beth, Coco, Harriet, Julie, Katie, Lois, Lydia & Meg.
