Story

Where to start….

Mark and I were meant to be getting married on Friday 29th May 2020 in Zante, Greece. We were going to ask for donations to the hospice instead of wedding gifts and set ourselves the target of raising £4,000 for the hospice. This was the on the build up to our Honeymoon, where we are joining 45 others to trek the famous Inca Trail in Peru. As with everyone else’s plans this year – they haven’t quite worked out! We have had to postpone the wedding until Monday 31st May 2021 which means if the Inca Trail goes ahead which we hope it will…. It won’t be our honeymoon anymore. Instead a pre-wedding challenge. To help the hospice we wanted to do the 2.6 challenge, so we have decided to merge it all together. Starting on Monday 4th May we will be doing 26-day challenge of 26 laps around the village. The last day of the challenge will be our original wedding date the 29th May 2020. We will also be doing each day in a different outfit to make it a bit more of a challenge! We hope this will help towards our £4,000 target. As with many other
charities the hospice is going through a challenging time with many of our events cancelled and shops and cafes closed which is why every penny counts more than ever before. If you can donate we would be so so grateful.

THANK YOU!
